BUILDING DEPARTMENT
The building division is responsible for the permitting and inspection of all construction within the Town. Please remember to check to see if your project requires a permit prior to commencing work. Failure to do so, may incur penalties and higher permitting costs.
Building inspections can be scheduled Monday – Friday. The Town of Bennett observes all Federal Holidays and no building inspections will take place on those days.
Please note that applying for a building permit does not guarantee a permit will be issued. Work should not begin until a permit card has been issued by the building department.

The Town of Bennett Community Services Department is here to help you and keep the Bennett community safe, happy, and healthy. They also provide animal control services for the Town. Through this portal, you are able to apply for an animal license.
